Consultation & Scoping
We get on a call to understand your ICP, your target account criteria, and the specific data points you need. You tell us what a perfect record would include (for example: current vendor, satisfaction score, pain points) or any other data points that matter to your team.
List & Logistics
We build your target account list from scratch based on your criteria, or work from one you bring. Contact identification and call list prep are handled entirely on our end and never count against your research hours.
The Research Calls
Your Signallo Research Associate calls each account as a neutral, independent researcher and collects the data points. Because we're not selling anything, people are willing to take our call and tell us what they actually think about their vendor. What Gets Recorded
We collect what's said, nothing more and nothing less. If a contact gives us every data point, all fields are populated. If they don't know something or won't share it, that field stays blank. When a contact volunteers useful context beyond the structured questions, we capture that verbatim. You never receive an inferred or estimated value.

List building, QA, and delivery are handled on our end and never billed against your block. You get the full 80 hours of calling.

Many of our clients want satisfaction and pain point data across their entire TAM, and most TAMs are bigger than one block can cover, so we offer discounted multi-block engagements starting at 3 blocks.
