Once your Dedicated Research Associate has finished calling your target accounts, you'll receive a ready-to-import CSV containing every data point we were able to collect. For many accounts on your list, that's the full picture: vendor, satisfaction, pain point, and a verbatim that tells you exactly what's happening. For others, it's one or two data points. For some, nothing at all. That's the nature of phone-based research, and our promise is to never embellish what we collected so that you never work on bad assumptions.
While most accounts in any given market are reasonably satisfied with their current vendor, our methodology reliably surfaces those who are in real pain and open to switching. You get both signals back, which means your team knows where to focus and where not to.
