Signallo Broker Program

Great research. The right buyers.

Signallo distributes verified B2B account intelligence to a network of sales and marketing teams across dozens of verticals. If you've collected research worth brokering — whether as an independent researcher or a research firm — we'd like to see it.

Two kinds of researchers. One distribution problem.

Most great B2B research never reaches the buyers who'd pay for it. Signallo's buyer network is the bridge between the people who do the work and the teams who need the intelligence. We built this program for two groups in particular.

For independent researchers

You're great at research. Sales isn't your lane.

You're a freelance researcher, journalist, or analyst who's genuinely good at primary research and uncovering things other people miss. What you don't want to do is cold-call sales teams, build a buyer pipeline, or negotiate data deals. That's fair — it's a different job.

Submit your research. If it fits our buyer network, we handle the distribution, pricing, and sale. You get paid on terms we negotiate together.

For research firms

Your customers don't want every dataset you produce.

You run a research operation with a focused core customer base. Sometimes you collect data — adjacent verticals, side findings from a larger project, datasets a client passed on — that's genuinely valuable to someone, just not to your buyers.

Rather than shelve it, broker it through Signallo. We have buyers in categories your core customers don't care about, and every sale is revenue that would otherwise never exist.

Submission to partnership.

Every broker submission goes through the same three-step process. We evaluate every serious submission — no dataset is too small or too niche if the research is real.

Terms are always negotiated per submission. No standard split, no standard fee schedule. What you get paid depends on the asset, the demand, and the scope of the partnership we agree on together.

1

Submit

Fill out the form below. Tell us about your research asset — what it is, how you collected it, and roughly what it covers. A Signallo research associate will be in touch within a few business days to discuss next steps.

2

Evaluate

For serious submissions, we request a sample of at least 100 accounts so we can evaluate the research directly. Evaluation means contacting accounts to verify data, cross-referencing against what we know, and in some cases sharing targeted portions with buyers in our network to gauge demand. By submitting a sample, you grant Signallo the right to use it for evaluation and to share relevant portions with potential buyers — whether or not we proceed with a formal brokerage arrangement.

3

Partner

If the research meets our quality bar and our buyers want it, we negotiate terms for a formal brokerage arrangement before any paid distribution begins. Revenue terms are agreed per submission — there is no standard template. If we decide not to proceed, we tell you why.

Tell us about your research.

A Signallo research associate will be in touch within a few business days to discuss your asset and next steps. There's no cost to submit and no obligation either way.

A few sentences is fine. You don't need to reveal the actual accounts at this stage.

Evaluation terms. If we move forward, we'll request a sample of at least 100 accounts. By submitting a sample, you grant Signallo the right to use it for evaluation and to share relevant portions with potential buyers — whether or not we proceed with a formal brokerage arrangement. Full revenue terms are negotiated per submission before any paid distribution begins.

Submission received.

Thanks for sending this through. A Signallo research associate will be in touch within a few business days to discuss your asset and next steps.

Common questions.

Something not covered here? Mention it in the description field and a research associate will address it directly.

Structured B2B account intelligence is the core interest — named companies with verified data points attached (current vendor, satisfaction, pain points, renewal timing, switching intent, tech stack, budget, and similar). We're open to any vertical. If the data is real and someone would pay to know it, we want to see it.
Every serious submission gets a real reply from a research associate. We'll either request a sample to evaluate, ask clarifying questions, or tell you why it isn't a fit. Evaluation is genuine work on our end — we only request samples from submissions we're actually interested in pursuing.
Revenue splits, flat fees, exclusivity terms, and distribution rights are negotiated individually for each research asset we decide to broker. A dataset with high buyer demand and exclusive scope is worth more than a dataset with thin demand and broad availability. Rather than force every submission through a fixed template, we work out terms that reflect the actual value of the asset.
By submitting a sample, you grant Signallo the right to use it for evaluation and to share relevant portions with potential buyers regardless of whether a formal brokerage arrangement is reached. This is how we gauge demand honestly and how we're able to help researchers even when the formal partnership doesn't materialize. If you're not comfortable with that arrangement, don't submit a sample.
No. Signallo's buyer network is primarily U.S.-focused, so research covering U.S. B2B accounts tends to have the clearest path to monetization. But the submitter's location doesn't matter.
No. Brokerage means Signallo distributes your research to our buyer network under terms you've agreed to. You're not selling the asset — you're authorizing us to resell it on agreed terms. The one exception is the evaluation-stage license described in the form, which is required so we can verify the data and test buyer demand.
