Consultation & Scoping

We get on a call to understand your ICP, your target account criteria, and the specific data points you need. You tell us what a perfect record would include (for example: current vendor, satisfaction score, pain points) or any other data points that matter to your team.

We build your target account list from scratch based on your criteria, or work from one you bring. Contact identification and call list prep are handled entirely on our end and never count against your research hours.

Your dedicated Signallo Research Associate calls each account as a neutral, independent researcher with nothing to sell. What Gets Recorded

We collect what's said, nothing more and nothing less. If a contact gives us every data point, all fields are populated. If they don't know something or won't share it, that field stays blank. When a contact volunteers useful context beyond the structured questions, we capture that verbatim. You never receive an inferred or estimated value.

QA consists of formatting and cleanup: structured fields, consistent values, no raw shorthand. What you receive is a clean, CRM-ready CSV that accurately reflects every conversation.

Notice the blank cells. If a data point wasn't confirmed on a call, the field stays empty, and some accounts yield nothing at all. We'd rather hand you honest blanks than a file padded with guesses. Company names are blurred for illustration only.
Current vendor. Named by the person who owns the relationship. No inference, no scanning.
NPS score (0–10). Satisfaction with the current vendor, captured directly from the buyer on the call.
Primary pain point. The specific friction the buyer is experiencing with their current vendor: pricing, support, features, reliability, and more.
Verbatim. What the buyer said in their own words: what's frustrating them, what would make them switch, or why they're staying.
Verification date. The date the account's data was confirmed via phone call.
Custom data point. Budget range, team size, current tech stack, and more. If it's viable to ask on a call, we'll ask it. Bring your wishlist to the consultation and we'll scope it together.

List building, QA, and delivery are handled on our end and never billed against your block. You get the full 80 hours of calling.
